Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges only if the item you received is:

  • Incorrect
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective in any way

To start a return or exchange, please email us at service@teelikeyours.com with your order details and a brief description of the issue (photos may be requested).

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Step-by-step return instructions

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In the same condition as received

Items must be returned according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.


Due to the custom nature of personalized items, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive incorrect, damaged, or defective.
