TeeLikeYours uses Shopify to operate our ecommerce store, including certain online-store, checkout, payment, and order-management functions.

Shopify provides the technology platform through which we offer our products, but TEELIKEYOURS LLC remains responsible for the products we sell and the transactions we enter into with our customers, subject to applicable law.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, prices, availability, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

  • Product measurements may vary slightly.

  • Garment characteristics may vary between manufacturers, styles, or production batches.

  • Printed designs and personalization may have minor variations in placement or appearance.

  • Product photographs are intended to provide a representation of the product and may not reproduce its exact appearance on every device.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, discontinue products, or modify product availability at any time.

We do not guarantee that every product shown on the Site will always be available.

4. Personalized and Custom Products

Many TeeLikeYours products are personalized or customized.

Personalization may include names, initials, dates, family names, custom wording, or other information entered by the customer.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order.

Please carefully check:

  • Names

  • Initials

  • Dates

  • Sizes

  • Styles

  • Colors

  • Quantity

  • Other personalization instructions

Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes.

Because personalized products are created specifically for the customer, personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive incorrect, damaged, or defective, subject to the rights provided by applicable law.

TeeLikeYours is not responsible for errors in customer-provided personalization information when the product was produced according to the information submitted with the order.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

After submitting an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. An order confirmation confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.

You should provide your order number when contacting us.

Order changes

We cannot guarantee changes to an order after 24 hours from the time the order was placed because orders may already have entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Change-of-mind cancellations

Orders generally cannot be canceled simply because of a change of mind after they have been placed.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, damaged, or delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and any relevant tracking information.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information when investigating damaged or incorrect orders.

Where appropriate, we may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

However, nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes you for expressing an honest opinion or review of TeeLikeYours, our products, or our services.

If you submit User Content for publication or marketing purposes, you grant TeeLikeYours a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable law.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to TeeLikeYours.
