How do I place an order?

Browse, Add and Checkout - These 3 simple steps you need to take when placing your order.

1.Browse and Find a product by using our search bar, main menu, or homepage.
2.Add the item to your shopping card by selecting a size, color, choose quantity and click the “add to cart” button. The item will be added to your cart and you can check out or continue to shop.
3.Checkout by the cart icon in the top right of the page. Review your choices, add a promo code or voucher. Once you are ready to buy, simply click the “proceed to checkout”.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You’ll be able to cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed and shipped out yet.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is shipped:
1. USPS First Class takes 1-5 business days (2-3 days average)
2. USPS Priority Mail takes 1-2 Business days

What is your return policy?

We do offer return and exchange only when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way

You are welcome to contact us and submit your return request by emailing service@teelikeyours.com. We will send you a return label and We'll give you instructions how to return your product.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product .
All returned products must be unused ( not worn, washed, damaged) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

If you are TeeLikeYours member all your orders can be tracked through TeeLikeYours website.

1.You may track your orders by logging into your TeeLikeYours account and clicking on Orders.
2.Once the package is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email, with your Tracking Number . If you did not receive any shipment emails, please check your spam filter.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

As long as you contact us before your order has been shipped out, we’ll be able to make any changes you’d like. Please contact our customer service at service@teelikeyours.com.
Once the order is shipped, no modification can be made about your order.

What types of payment do you accept?

How do I pay with PayPal?

At check out please select PayPal as your payment option. This will take you off of TeeLikeYours.com, once you complete the PayPal process you will be returned to our website.

Can I split the payment for my order between PayPal and another form of payment?

If you're using PayPal, you won't be able to use any other form of payment on that order.

What is the advantages of paying with PayPal

You can easy trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account. Payment does not require you to use your Credit Card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). TeeLikeYours.com doesn’t receive your Credit Card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your PayPal account or your Credit/Debit Card will be charged within 24 hours since the order is submitted, and you will receive an confirmation e-mail for your payment.

How can I use my Coupons?

After entering the valid coupon code at the Cart page, your order will be automatically discounted.

If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my credit?

Returns can take up to 5 business days (7 if during holiday) to process once it has been received. The refund is issued once the return is processed and depending on your bank’s policy it can take up to 6 business days for the US

For Matching items, you need to choose the size and color separately for Kids & Adults, then add it into your shop cart, the price is only for one piece

Why haven't I received an email regarding my order?

If you are not getting e-mail confirmation regarding your order you may have an outdated email address on file. Please double check and make sure to keep your user information current by updating your email address.
The second reason can be that you may have a spam blocker filtering out emails. Please check your spam and try turning off any spam blockers . Feel free to contact us if you are still not getting the confirmation e-mail and you need some information about your order.

What is the processing time?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing.
If order is placed by 3PM PST. it will be processed and shipped on the same day. If it's placed after that it will be processed and shipped on the next day.

All orders are processed weekdays - Monday through Friday excluding Weekends and Holidays.

How long does it take to receive my order?

When the order is shipped out, we will email you the tracking number and tracking website.

What to do if my order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete?

If you have an issue with the condition of your order, please contact us right away at service@teelikeyours.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

Usually it doesn't happen.
All packages that we ship out are being delivered. Our responsibility is to produce and ship your order on time.
But if it does happen and you don't receive your package, please contact your local post office. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please always make sure your shipping information is updated before placing an order.

What is your return policy?

We do offer return/ exchange only due to issues with the fit/size of the item or due to issues with the condition of the item.

You are welcome to contact us and submit your return request by emailing service@teelikeyours.com. We will give you instructions how to return your product.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product .
All returned products must be unused ( not worn, washed, damaged) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product to our Returns Department.

Is there any Non-Returnable Items?

Yes, below is our list with Non-Returnable Items:

1.Gift Cards
2.Products on Clearance
(All clearance items purchased on TeeLikeYours.com are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. )
3.Any worn, washed, damaged merchandise.

How do I return something?

Step 1: Contact us via email: service@teelikeyours.com.
Please don't forget to include the following details in your return request, for faster processing:

1. Full name on the order.
2. Order number
3. Reason for returning the item(s).
4. Photos of the item(s) for reference. (If the item has arrived damaged or incomplete)

Step 2: Our Representative will respond to your request within 24 hours. You will be provided with a RAN (return authorization number).

Step 3: Please print your RAN email and put it inside the package with the item(s) you want to return. Ship the package back to our Warehouse (address in the RAN email).

Step 4: After shipping the package, please provide our Customer Service Representative, through email, with the "Tracking Number".

Step 5: Once our Warehouse receives the package, we will contact you in 2 business days with return confirmation.

NOTE:
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product to our Returns Department.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
All returned products must be unused ( not worn, washed, damaged) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
